Chia Seed Breakfast Pudding

1, 2, 3 – Delicious, quick and easy!
1 Tblsp. chia seeds
1/2 cup milk (can use almond, coconut, etc.)
1 small banana, mashed
1/2 tsp. vanilla
pinch cinnamon
1. Mash banana in a bowl. Stir in chia seeds. Whisk in remaining ingredients.
2. Place in fridge overnight to thicken.
3. In the morning, you can add dried or fresh fruit and/or nuts and seeds for texture.
